The Internetshop GarnNet offers both products and 
services. You will find customer information on ordering 
these products and services on several pages. In order to 
make it easier for you as a customer, please take the time 
to read the following: 

If you want to design your own knitted garment, go to 
the heading "Make your own design." Read the 
introductory text and then push the button, TO THE 
DESIGNTOOL. Your computer may need a short time to 
download the tool, but be patient -- the tool will arrive! 
You can see that the Designtool is being downloaded 
when a gray square appears on the screen. This is 
completely normal and as it should be


You begin the design process by making several 
selections. If you forget to make a selection, a small 
popup window will remind you to go back. When the 
design process is finished, you will see a sketch of your 
garment. Look at the sketch and see if there are any 
changes you'd like to make. If so, just go back and make 
the necessary adjustments. You can choose between 
ordering just the knitting pattern or a complete kit 
including pattern, yarn, and needles. If you choose to 
order a pattern only, you can choose between surface and 
email delivery options. 

To buy one of our designs, please go to the heading "Our 
designs." Here you may choose between several models, 
and new models will be added continuously. When you 
have chosen a model that you like, select the size of your 
garment. Under the heading "Yarn and needles," you can 
order any needles you might need. When the ordering and 
payment processes are completed, a parcel with your 
chosen knitting kit will be shipped to you. 

If you just want to buy our yarn or needles, please select 
the heading "Yarn and needles." Here you will find yarn of 
the highest quality from Italy and Norway. You may order 
yarn by clicking once or several times on the color or 
colors you are interested in. Straight and circular needles 
are also available. 

We also offer several blankets and throws for sale under 
the heading "Blankets and throws." Click on the small 
picture of the blanket or throw to enlarge it. A new 
window will appear and close by itself after 10 seconds. If 
you need more time to look, just click again. Our blankets 
and throws are of the highest quality and are offered at 
prices 30-50% lower than in a traditional store. 

When you have finished ordering our products or 
services, all that needs to be done is to give a little 
information about yourself for shipping purposes, the 
mode of delivery you prefer, and your credit card 
information. You will see how much you will be charged -- 
all charges are included on the order form at the bottom 
of the screen.
